.”......9th Februar 2001.... I saw this patient on the 6th February 2001. She was complaining of very sore eyes which started following a four lid blepharoplasty on the 9th March 2000. In order to make the eyes at all comfortable she has to sleep with a sealed eye guard and to use Viscotears. She had a recent eye infection for which she required Polymyxin ointment. She uses Viscotears as required. She may be allergic to preservatives in drops....There is a shortage of skin in both upper lids limiting eyelid closure. There is sufficient skin in both lower lids but here is a tendancy for a bilateral lower lid entropin associated with som ocular spasm. ... There is some minor superficial punctate staining of the cornea with fluoroscein  but no superior limbic keratitits. ....I would like to hear from her in six weeks to hear how the condition is improving and I would be happy to see her again in three months to consider further treatment as necessary”
